Room for Rent is furnished and is on the ground floor in the house that is completely renovated and is fresh and modern. The house is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, close to the very fine nature: Alby lake, forest, Flottsbro hill with swimming and downhill skiing. Electricity and cable TV are included in the rent. Wi-Fi is for 100 kr/month. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room and private bath, and two patios. The property has good and close communication possibilities: bus stop 100 m from the house (bus 702 stop Kvarnhagen), bus service to the commuter train in Tumba, and walking distance to the subway Alby red line (3 min by bus or 12 minutes to go). It takes 30 minutes from the house to the Karolinska/Södertörns Institute in Huddinge 45 minutes to the Central Station. A little long-haired Chihuahua dog is living in the house. Communication languages are Swedish, English, and Russian. A written contract is applied. I am looking for a responsible person (only 1), not smoking. 1 month deposition If you see this ad it means that the room is still available. Welcome to contact me.
