Great apartment in Hallunda My name is Giorgios (giwrgjos io on Facebook) and I just found this great big apartment in Hallunda but with a high rent. So I am looking for someone to share with. The apt is fully furnished except for a sofa and bed (both can be arranged). It has nice kitchen and balcony and only 2 min walk to Metro T-Hallunda. It has one bathroom with laundry machine. It has one huge bedroom (which now is divided into two bedrooms) and one big living-room with TV. Internet is included. We can furnish the apartment together but ideally I would take the bedroom and you can take the living room. As I myself will get the keys on Sunday (Dec. 11) I cannot show the apartment until then. I dont require advance payment and you can always cancel if you see the apt. and dont like it. If you want to move in I require 1 month deposition. Rules the room is for 1 person. No girl/boyfriend. No other people sleeping over without my permission. No party. No drugs. No smoking. No nothing. Only animals ok. 1 month termination notice from both sides. You can send me SMS or call me 0-. Since I work and cannot answer all the time, send me an SMS with info about you and I will call you back. I work as Personlig Assistent so I will not be home much.
