Hello, I have three rooms apartment in Fittja but I am living in one of the rooms. So I want to rent two of the rooms from 1st of February to a small family or two nice ladies for a long terms. The rooms are unfurnished. The apartment has two toilets, a store and a kitchen. 2 minutes walk to centrum, bus stop and train station. The family should not have any animal, have a stable economy and must take care of the apartment well. no night parting is allowed. I need one month rent in deposit. The rent includes internet, electricity and laundry. please tell me about yourself and family in the email, if you want the apartment.
