Student apartment to be rented (in second hand) from 2017-06-01 to 2017-08-31, because Im going back to Norway for the summer. The apartment comes fully furnished and decorated (inluding kitchen supplies, towels, bedsheets etc.) and access to 2 laundry rooms on the same floor. The rent is 4300 SEK per month, electricity bill (approximately 100-150 SEK per month) will be added to this amount. The apartment was fully renovated the summer 2015. From the apartment it is only 5-6 minutes walk to the Swedish School of textiles - University of Borås and 7-8 minutes walk to Borås city. I am looking for a person who is kind, tidy, respectful, non-smoker and preferably a student. The person also needs a swedish ID-number, because my landlord demands it for the contract.
