A furnished 2-room apartment in Nödinge is available for sublet from 1 April. Good connection to Göteborg. The monthly rent is 6054 SEK. Presently, I am on a two year long postdoctoral appointment at MIT in the USA, accompanied by my wife and my daughter. This appointment will end on 31 July 2014. Preferably, I am looking for someone who is interested in renting the place during the period 1 April 2013 to 31 July 2014. The tenant(s) should be decent, non-smoking, in a good standing (with income, no betalningsanmärnkning), having no pets. - The apartment is part of a ground floor, wooden house with 5 apartments. - Two rooms, kitchen, bathroom 60.5 m2 in total. Terrace (uteplats). Windows towards South and West. - The monthly rent is always the same amount as what we pay for it to Alebyggen. At the moment it is 6054 SEK, but it is subject to change if Alebyggen changes our rent. - Included: Heat, hot water, water and sewer, analog cable TV, parking place (open air). - The present sublet tenants have a Telia fixed phone and Internet subscriptions that might be transferred to the tenant. - The apartment is GothNet ready. - There is a fully equipped laundry in the house and a storage place in a separate building. - Good connection to Göteborg. With commuter train from Nödinge station (that is walking distance from the apartment) it takes only 13 minutes to Centralstationen. If you dont want to walk to Nödince station, there is a bus stop very close to the apartment and you can take 1 stop with bus to train connections at Nödinge station. - Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. - Walking distance to Ale Torg (shopping, pharmacy... http://www.aletorg.se/) - Close to nature. There are lakes and forests to walking and cycling distance from the apartment. - A security deposit equivalent to one month rent to be paid when the contract for the sublease to be sent to Alebyggen is signed by both of us. This will be kept until: 1. We would re-occupy the apartment 2. Alebyggen would not permit the sublease for the tenant candidate (Alebyggen checks the candidate, for example if they have betalningsanmärnkning, and it has right to stop the process). - The tenants are required to sign a home insurance (hemförsäkring) for the time period they occupy it.
