hi i am looking for a female student, researcher, or young professional who would like to rent my sons room from january to june (6 months). the apartment is 60 sqm with a lovely terrace and a beautiful garden. the flat is part of 1930 house where five other families live, creating a calm and pleasant living environment. i will be in spain for most of the period and will only be in the apartment about once a month for few days, so you will essentially have the place to yourself. this is a quiet residential building on stora essingen in stockholm. the apartment is fully furnished, located on a higher ground floor, and includes storage and a laundry room one floor down. the rent is 9,200 sek per month including most bills. an extra 1,000 to be paid to cover electricity and a montly cleaning. house rules: no parties, no smoking, no pets. show consideration for the neighbors. keep the bedroom and common areas clean. all nationalities are welcome. i speak fluent english, italian, spanish, and french, and have an intermediate level of swedish. you are welcome to visit the apartment in person or we can have a video call if that suits you better. my sons room will be completely emptied and all closets and storage cleaned and made available for your own use. feel free to contact me if you are interested or would like to know more ps i can send more photos via whatapp or email. i have difficulties in uploading due to pictures size. best regards, barbara
