Hello, we are Aleksandra and Bojan, we are moving to Sollentuna for work and that is why we want to rent out our apartment in Uppsala. We are renting out our spacious and cozy 65 m2 apartment in the calm area of Luthagen, just a 10 minute bike ride away from the city center. The apartment can be great for a couple or even for a single person. When you enter the apartment on your right there is a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen with a great intake of natural light. Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a small half room that can be used as office/study space or as a relaxing area. Right next to the half room, there is a small balcony that is getting a lot of morning sunlight in the summer days. Left from the entrance, the bedroom is spacious and has a built-in wardrobe with a lot of storage space. Also, there is an extra wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom has a new washing machine installed in the beginning of 2024, so you have the option of washing your clothes in the apartment or in the shared washroom in the basement of the building. In the basement there is also a bike storage room and a designated storage area included in the rent. The apartment comes partially furnished as we will take with us the bed and the TV to our new apartment. If you want we can also leave some of the basic kitchen utensils and cookware to simplify your moving in. The electricity as well as the internet costs are not included in the rent. The apartment heating is on electricity but a heat pump was installed in 2023 which significantly reduced the electricity cost during winter months. The warm water is included in the rent as the water boiler is shared for the building. For commuting, only 400 meters away there is a bus stop for busses 10 and 1 that will get you to all parts of the city. The aparment is being rented for 1 year period with a possibility for extension.
