Hi all, 2 rooms available in big 107 m2 apartment in Tyreso from September onwards, 30 minutes by bus to city center. You will be sharing the apartment with me: a well-travelled Indian guy working as a game developer. I have lived in 4 countries across Europe (France and Germany) and Asia (Singapore and India) before this and have lived with flatmates for 15 years now. I will get possession of the apartment in September and intend to fully furnish it. Of course, if you have furniture of your own, then I can buy less to fill up the space, just let me know. The rent of 5000 sek is all inclusive. The apartment will be shared with 2 other people (me and 1 more person). The apartment is 1 minute walk to the Sports Center and 5 minutes from the swimming center. Plenty of gyms and forest also around. About you: You are fun-loving and sporty. If you keep the door of your room closed most of the time, this apartment is not for you. If you do not like drinking or hanging out with your flatmates, this apartment is not for you. I am ideally looking for people who like to play at least one of the following: Badminton, Tennis, Squash, or Table Tennis. There is a small football field right outside the building but I do not play football. There is also a basketball hoop, which I do play. Im okay with either working people or students, although I do prefer guys over girls (just because of the sports/drink factor), and international, well-travelled people over locals.
