I would like to rent out the house to a family of max 6 people or to 5 students/friends who can show that they will be able to afford the rent. ( It will cost around 5000 to 6000 for each person so its a very good option if you are a group of students who want to stay in sweden for long term). The rent is 28.000 sek/month for at least one year contract including everything such as , wifi, water, trash, accees to swimming pool and sona,etc except electricity. So you will just pay the rent electricity. one month deposit is needed The contract will be long term starting from 1st of september 2023 .
