DJUPVIK LONGSTAY Three kilometers from Strängnäs by Lake Mälaren on scenic Tosterö lies the facility next to Lake Mälaren. The facility consists of four residential properties. Three of the buildings each consist of 20 smaller single rooms of approximately 8 sqm per room. The hotel complex consists of 150 rooms of different sizes available for rent for Long Stay accommodation. 120 of the rooms are about 15 sqm with their own toilet, shower and a kitchenette and a refrigerator. The other rooms are multi-bed rooms for 3-4 accommodations as well as a smaller number of apartments. The hotel, which is a Long Stay hotel, has generous public spaces and rooms for community activities like education, TV room, study rooms, etc. Mälarblick has large lawn areas extending to Mälaren. There is a newly built barbecue house and very good parking facilities.
