Hi New Flatmate, We are 4 international people from 4 different countries, living at the very heart of Stockholm and we are looking for one more to join our team. We are 2 girls and 2 guys and we have a spare room waiting for its new owner The apartment is located in Södermalm, 5-minute walk from Mariatorget, 1 minute away from Södra Station and a bus station right across the street. It is within a walking distance from T-Centralen (20-25 minutes). The neighborhood is lively, with a swimming pool nearby, parks, clubs, gyms, markets and restaurants all within walking distance, There is a cafe, Italian restaurant and a hair saloon located in the same building. We are looking for an international person, who is used to other cultures and living independently. The future flatmate must to be tolerant, respectful and clean and preferably a non-smoker. The room is 10sq/m and the monthly rent is SEK4000 plus SEK4 000 of deposit (1 moths rent) to be paid upon moving in. The room is available from April, 22nd, 2017.
