hej, jag har ett rum att hyra i en tre rums lägenhet. rummet är moblerat och det finns internet , man delar köket som är stort och toaletterna. balkong finns . fastigheten ligger nära sätra skogen med mycket natur runt omkring och nära mälaren. huset ligger nära tunnelbannan och det finns också nattbuss. hi. i have a room for hire in a big flat . the room is furnished with laundry and internet access, in the flat we share the kitchen , toilets and balcony. the flat is located near the forest so there is a lot of nature and lake. the house is near the subway station and there is nightbus everyday. en deposition på 3000 kr betalas och man får den tillbaka när man lämnar rummet i gott skick. a deposition of 3000 kr pays and that money gets back when you leave the flat in the same conditions as you got it.
