Hey, Im looking for a roommate to join me and one other guy in our 3 bedroom 120 sq. m. penthouse in Vasastan, just south of hagapark. The apartment is nice, modern architectural remodel of a former attic, featuring a large south facing balcony, fireplace, private elevator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, jacuzzi bathtub and shower, and lots of daylight. Im a brewer and theres usually craft brew on tap from my custom beer fridge in the living room. Were looking for a cool, engaging person with a stable economy someone looking for interesting discussion and a quiet home...well, most of the time Im a vegetarian/vegan into outdoor sports, travel and music I work in digital politics and democracy development. My roommate Carlo is a financial controller and into aviation and motorcycle racing. We speak English, Swedish and Italian at home. We have a permanent ongoing rental contract, with a termination time of one month if you want to leave three months if you get asked to leave.
