I am renting my beautiful apartment in Vasastan, initially for 3 months, from end-June until end September (possibly longer). The apartment is a 3 room, 65sqm apartment, but I will rent out only 2 of those rooms making up 50 sqm (I will store my belongings in the other room). Rental is 16,500 SEK plus one month deposit, and includes electricity, wifi, dishwasher, and access to the laundry room. The apartment is currently being renovated (due to complete next week). At that point I will be able to share pictures and show it to any interested parties. The picture displayed is the view from the balcony of my apartment, but note, that the balcony will not be accessible unfortunately. The apartment faces on to the inner courtyard, and the living area is large and bright. The flat is in an ideal location - 3 minutes from the subway station St. Eriks 1 minute from Rörstrandsgatan 1 minute from local ICA 5 minutes from large supermarkets and liquor at Torsplan 10 minutes from peaceful Haga 20 minutes walk from Stockholm Central The local area is quiet despite an abundance of restaurants / bars / cafes on the doorstep. I am looking for someone who is very house proud i.e. clean, tidy, and respectful of neighbours. Someone who can commit to the full 3 months is important as I will be out of the country for that period. Ideally I would like to rent to someone who has the flexibility to extend past that 3 months up to a year (as that is a strong possibility). No pets.
