Hejsan Jag är en tjej som hyr ut ett rum i min lilla trerumslägenhet (61 kvm)för min nuvarande jättebästa hyresgäst ska flytta. Lägenheten är fräsch och nyrenoverad och har bara vita väggar. Det finns inget gemensamt vardagsrum att hänga i för jag bor i vardagsrummet :) Rummet har dubbelsäng med sängbord, matbord/skrivbord med två stolar, byrå, klädförvaring och TV. Allt är svart eller vitt. Man kommer och går som man vill och tar hem gäster om man vill osv. Avslappnad stämning typ... Internet och el ingår. Att man är noga med städning är superduperviktigt Ingen vanerökare (feströkare är självklart ok :)). En månadshyra i deposition. Ledigt från månadsskiftet. Jag vill träffa den nya hyresgästen/hyresgästerna så att vi får känna om vi trivs ihop, så tyvärr räcker det inte med telefonsamtal eller Skype. Skriv och berätta om dig så hörs vi. Hello I am a Swedish girl who have a room for rent in my small (61 square meter) three-room-apartment because the lovely girl who lives there now is moving to another city. Its a really fresh apartment with only white walls. There is no commonly livingroom to hang out in because I live in the livingroom :) The room has a doublebead (160 cm wide) with bedside table, a desk/table with two chairs, a bureau, storage for clothes and a flat-TV on the wall. The furnitures are black and white. The atmosphere here is relaxed, you come and go as you like and bring home guests if you want to etc... Internet and electricity is included and the water is always included in the rent in Sweden. Its really, really important to me to have flatmates that are meticulous about the cleaning. No compulsive smokers. Partysmokers is of course okej :)) One months rent in deposit. Vacant from around september 1 I want to meet the new tennants so we can feel if we are comfortable with eachother, so Im sorry but its not enough with just phonecalls or Skype. Write a letter and tell me a bit about yourselves and I will get back to you.
