Rental period: from 1st of September 2017, (minimum 5-6 month or longer). I rent out to a responsible & tidy girl, non-smoking (important) and with no allergies for cats. In the apartment: 3 bedrooms, one girl in each room. Furnished like on the picture, here is a little desk as well (it is new and not on the pic). We share kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Location: Apartment is only 4-5 min. to the metro and 30 min. (green line) direct to T-Centralen . Lokall food store, post office, hospital, bank and other things are by the metro. Big green area by the lake where you can run and powerwalk is also near by. Rent: 4200 kr/month ( 200kr electricity, water and wifi) Payment: you pay for 2 month in advance (first and last) 1000 kr deposition for the keys. Then month by month.
