I have an 3 room apartment in Vällingby (Stockholm) that is new renovated. I want to rent out one of the bedrooms, moving in August (the room in the picture). My only requirements is that you are a female. Preferably a student but a worker is fine to. The apartment is 300 meters to Vällingby centrum and 25 minutes to the city center. I am a 27 years old women living in the apartment. I have an university degree and work full-time on office hours.
