Ten minutes from the Drottningholm Palace, thirty minutes from downtown Stockholm, a two-floor townhouse with three terraces, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, livingroom (trea up to 4 people can sleep well here, two baby beds) completely furnished with TV, wifi, modern stuff, brand new kitchen, barbeque, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, PS3, kids and baby stuff and beds available. Calm, child-friendly green area. Bus (118/117) 5-10 minutes to both metro (Välingby/Brommaplan) and shuttle train (Spånga) literally in front of the house. Lots of things to buy at nearby Vällingby Centrum, Brommaplan, Spånga centrum. Within walking distance: outdoor pool, parks, beaches, forests, ancient Viking stuff... Available August 13th to September 30th, possibly until October 31, because we need to go abroad for a period of time because of business and other things. Rent can be discussed if renting for the longer period. We will need a one month deposit for all the furniture etc. and need to sign a correct agreement to be approved by our Bostadsrättsförening.
