We are renting our apartment for approx 3 years (one year contract renewable). 65 m2 apartment on the second floor, no elevator. The rent includes electricity, internet (100/100 Mb/s) and all bills. The bathroom is very spacious and has washing machine, dryer and floor heating. The kitchen has lots of storage space, a big fridge and a freezer of the same size. Includes dishwasher, microwave and oven. The apartment has a bright living room, cozy bedroom with beautiful walk-in closet, balcony and one small room that at the moment is a study/home office but can be turned into a dining room or a guest room (the room is connected to the kitchen with a sliding door). Space available in the basement All furniture you see in the pictures will remain, but not the personal belongings (plants, frames, books, cats computers, tv, etc) Pets are welcome Our walls are brightly colored, please see pictures. The area around is residential, very quite and calm with many trees and parks around. The apartment has windows towards south so it gets sun all day long
