The area is extremely quiet while being central. Everything is within walking distance such as Västermalmsgallerian, winestore, Coop, ICA, Willys, Lidl, restaurants, bars, subway station (Fridhemsplan), parks, waterfront and even Stockholm cityhall. I am looking for a quiet tenant with stable finance, non-smoking non-pet. The internet fee will be included the rent. The tenant needs to cover the electricity cost during the rental period.
