What is included in the rent is: WiFi, Kitchen with induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave kitchen equipment (dishwasher,glasses, plates,cutlery, etc) The rental will be unfurnished. Tenant requirements: - Orderly economy (part-time position) - Smoke and pet free - Max 2 persons - 1 month deposit (refundable after inspection)
