Vi flyttar till Afrika på obestämd tid och hyr därmed ut vårt fina hus för långtidsuthyrning. Huset är i 2 plan. Ett sovrum samt badrum i entréplan. En trappa upp finns ett generöst allrum/kök där man gärna umgås, där finns också en kakelugn för extra mys på vintern. Ett sovrum ut till allrummet och ett annat är beläget längre in i huset. Stora badrummet har ett jacuzzi. Fantastisk uteplats/veranda för sena sommarnätter och en liten gräsmatta på baksidan. Huset kan passa bra för alla. Barnfamiljer, studenter vid KTH då Roslagsbanan finns 10 min promenad bort och stannar på campus. (restid 35 min). med anslutande t-bana, Tekniska högskolan. Driftskostnader: Vatten, el, värme, sophämtning, samfällighetsavgift ca 30000 kr per år.
