Located in a safe neighbourhood in popular Malmö Husie with walking tracks around the local lake a stones throw from the house. The central parts of Malmö are accessible with bus or bike within 20 minutes all night long. A perfect house if you want to get to know international students. You share entrance, kitchens and bathrooms with other tenants in the house. The kitchens are located on the ground floor together with a lovely patio for BBQ nights. Utility costs are not included in the price. An extra cost of 600 SEK will apply. Rental period: 1st of November- 15th of June 2018 with a possible chance for an extended contract. Room: One room is available on the ground floor, 15m2, with three wardrobes included in the rent. 10 000 SEK deposit.
