Deposit of 3 rents is required, and the deposit will be refunded after the rental period if the apartment is ok. For your information. Cleaning fee for moveout is 15 000 SEK, but then you dont have to clean the apartment after yourself. No rent, deposit or cleaning fee have to be paid before signing the contract, seeing the apartment and receiving the keys. I will not show the apartment.
