Even though you will be renting a room as guesthouse or inneboende, you will be living in the apartment majority of the time by yourself because I (female professional) will be working abroad and will live in the apartment only occasionally. The room which is available to rent is furnished, big, has a big window, large new double bed, big built-in wardrobes,... I can give you a computer desk or you can use the big table in the dining area if you want more free space in the room. Apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and dining area, is located in closest area to the city in Lidingö, with easy access to KTH, Karolinska,... with all costs covered in the rent including internet, normal usage of electricity, water,.... It takes 15 min to the city center such as T-centralen or Östermalmtorg t-bana by frequent public transportation, bus or Ropsten metro station. Bright wooden floor makes the apartment bright and fresh. Laundry is in the basement of the same building. There are plenty of shops and cafes within a few minute walk including Lidingö Centrum and Lidingö Galleria, gym is 2 minutes away. If you like to live close to green areas and water also close to the city, this is one of the nicest areas to live in. It is available from now and the moving in date can be flexible to some extent. If you are a female professional, clean, organized and responsible and would like to come and see the place, send an email and tell me about yourself as much as possible for example if you work full time or study, if you have references from your work and previous landlords,...
