Im sub renting my apartment in Knivsta Centrum, right next to the central station for the month of August This modern 33 m2 apartment is rent out fully furnished and equipped and has all the amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, combined washing and dryer machine etc. The apartment has a south facing balcony with a nice view. Right outside the apartment building you have a gym, supermarket, restaurants, library, pharmacy and of course the central station. The town of Knivsta is calm and quiet and situated right between Uppsala and Arlanda Airport. Only 10 minutes by commuter train in each direction If you wanna go to Stockholm C its about a 55 minute commute one way. The rent is 7 110 SEK per month, including heating, cold water and internet. OBS: Electricity and hot water is not included and is paid in addition to the rent, depending on your consumption. The secondary tenant is obliged to get a home insurance during the rental period. Preference for calm student, or employed person with certificate.
