About Me We are an active, young couple, and have newly moved into this sunny apartment (90m2). It is a quiet little area, with lots of friendly neighbours. It is near the forest in Knivsta (about a 15 min walk from the Pendeltåg station). Both of us are quite busy with our jobs in Stockholm, and occasionally happen to work abroad. As we are quite busy, and happen to have a spare room we are looking for a responsible tenant. As a result we would like to rent the spare room out to someone who is lovely so that the house is not so quiet.
