From here you can reach Brunnsparken/centralstation within 4-5 minutes. Its got dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and heating floor in the bathroom. There is a TV mounted on the stand in the bedroom. Also inglasad balcony with heater and with a self watering mini garden (balkong area is not included in m2 calculation). Fresh apartment perfect for a couple valuing their commuting time to the city. It is available from 1st of June with 3 month notice period. The rent is 12 000 SEK per month electricity. Renting period for 1 year with extensions if everything works fine. Its going to be rented fully furnished (except for the bed). The photos included are from 4 years ago when I was buying it from agency so decorations may look slightly different. Also now the balcony looks different too since it got glassed and a little garden area. Please note: New tenant must be approved by The Community Board (Styrelsen) before rental can be started.
