Preferably - a non-smoker. Sasa is not home that much, and when he is, youll barely notice him. Washing and drying machines are in the apartment and can be used at any (sensible) time. Rent: SEK 6000 SEK 6000 deposit. Everything is handled with a contract so both parties feel safe, and no money is exchanged before you retrieve your keys. Internet 100/100 Mbit, electricity, and hot water are included in the rent.
