Welcome to the Green garden of Djursholm. We have a fully furnished room, equipped with bed, desk, bookshelf and cupboard in a 3 room and kitchen apartment (65 sqm). The apartment has a large garden area and has ceramic floor heating, modern fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer, TV, internet, etc. The apartment has a private entrance and is located in a very large villa. Roslagsbanan is a 3 minute walk away and the train ride takes 6 minutes to Stockholm University and less than 10 minutes to Östra Station/KTH and. The stop, DJursholms Ösby is a junction where all the trains stop, so the trains go every 5 10 minutes. One can also cycle into the city from this area. The area is very safe at all hours of the day, walking distance to lake and sea (swimming in the summer and skating in the winter), nature, food shops, etc. 3 female student/professionals, are presently renting the apartment. 1 girl will be returning to her home country, which is why we are looking for a new mon-smoker, no pet student to rent the fully furnished bedroom. We prefer non-smokers and no pets. Rental period: Oct 1st, 2018 - we are flexible. Rent: 4000/month (includes wireless network, electricity, water and all kitchen-stuff).
