We are two female PHD students (Karolinska and KTH) looking for a female flatmate, non-smoker, to share our 3-bedroom apartment from March 1st 2018 onwards. - The rent is 4500 Sek/month, and includes fully furnished, wireless network, electricity, water, washer and dryer in bathroom and all kitchen-stuff. The deposit is one months rent, 4500 Sek. One months notice when leaving. - The apartment is nicely renovated with floor heating, ceramic flooring, modern fully equipped kitchen, internet, etc. and a large garden area just outside the entrance. - Easy access to transport: The closest train stop, 5min walk away is Djursholm-Ösby, which is a junction where all the trains stop, so the trains run every 5 10 minutes and it akes less than 10 minutes to Östra Station/KTH and 6 minutes to Stockholm University. The closest subway station is DanderydsSjukhus, a 10-15 min walk away. One can also easily cycle to Stockholm University/KTH/city from this area. The area is very safe at all hours of the day, with walking distance to the lake and sea (swimming in the summer and skating in the winter), nature, food shops, etc. - On the www.sl.se you can write as a destination Yngvevägen (our street name) or Djursholm-Ösby (station stop)
